The program includes daily Yoga Asana practices that will guide you in releasing physical and mental tension, improving flexibility, and fostering a deep sense of well-being. Each day, you will also have the chance to participate in Pranayama and meditation sessions that will help you cultivate awareness and find inner calm and clarity. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, you will also experience walking in the woods and by crystal-clear lakes, a unique opportunity to recharge both body and mind, breathing in fresh air and reconnecting with the natural world around you. To complete the program, you will practice Yin Yoga, a discipline that promotes deep relaxation and energy recovery through gentle stretching of the deeper tissues. During the retreat, you will also experience Yoga Nidra, a deep rest practice that will take you into a state of awareness between sleep and wakefulness, where the body can regenerate and the mind finds peace. The day will conclude with a Sound Healing session, where the vibrations of ancient instruments will stimulate your energy system, promoting the release of tension and a deep state of relaxation.
